Setting up Loyalty Points for free services / products

You can automatically allocate a service free of charge if the client accumulates enough loyalty points. This can be setup for all products and services. 

Note: You can only do this for Loyalty Points. This function will not work for Loyalty Dollars. 

To set it up for existing Services:

Step 1: Go to the Transactions tab and select Search Services. 

Step 2: The Search Items list will appear. Locate the service in question and double click. You will now see the Service Editor. In the Loyalty tab, you may select the option "Free when client has" and designate a loyalty points criteria for the free service. Once done, click Save. 

Hint: The steps for products is the same. Go to the Search Products, locate the item in question and open Product details and click the Loyalty tab.
