How to check your SMS and Email credit balance

Step 1: Go to the Marketing tab and select Marketing Setup. 

Step 2: Ensure your Username and Password is filled in. Once filled, you should be able to see your current email and SMS balance. If it is unavaliable, ensure your system is connected to the internet.
