Konnect Spa and Salon Software allows you to setup biometric security within the program, allowing your employees to quickly and securely log into the system and perform functions.
For biometric to work, you will need a fingerprint scanner. This can be purchased from us or from any reputable computer retailer. Please give sales a call on 02 8004 7684 and press 1 for more information.
To setup fingerprint security:
Step 1: Ensure your biometric hardware is plugged into the computer and is properly installed.
Step 2: Go to the Employees tab and select Search.
Step 3: Your list of active employees will appear. Select their name and click Next twice until you see Employee Maintenance - Login Information. Click on Enroll Fingerprint and follow the prompts to setup your biometric access.
Step 4: Once successfully installed and setup, a biometric print can be used instead of a username and password.
